As VvE manager, vb&t VvE Services is naturally committed to pursuing quality.
\nTo support and oversee the quality of work, vb&t VvE Diensten is affiliated with SKW (Samen Kwaliteit Waarborgen).<\/p>\n

SKW is an organisation that develops and provides certificates for the construction, housing, care and local government sectors. For VvE (Owners' Association) management, according to SKW's guidelines, the assessment primarily focuses on the administrative organisation of the manager, the internal business operations of the manager, the management of Owners' Associations and that of the communal building parts.<\/p>\n

Based on the principle that a butcher should not inspect their own meat, vb&t has its working methods audited annually with a random quality test and is awarded a so-called VvE Management Certificate.<\/p>\n

To give SKW's auditors a good overview of how we work, our work and reporting are checked periodically. In addition to certificates, SKW can also provide points for improvement or tips, with which the quality of our work can continue to grow.<\/p>\n

To ensure SKW can perform its duties properly, they delve into the files \u2013 naturally within the bounds of professional secrecy \u2013 and review our work. You may recall the agenda item during the members' meeting, where your VvE manager annually requests your approval for SKW to access the files. In this way, vb&t VvE Diensten does everything it can to continue delivering quality.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
